The Olde Ivy Neighborhood Association is a Georgia non-profit that manages a budget that finances capital, maintenance, and operating expenses for Infrastructure elements such as roads, sidewalks, streetlights, exterior gates, and all landscaping as well as our neighborhood amenities; the clubhouse, pool, fitness center, and walking trail.
The Neighborhood Association Board of Directors is made up of five directors, one selected by and from each of the three sub-association Boards of Directors, plus two more directors selected by the Manor Association from any sub-association. Our unpaid volunteer Board members serve staggered two-year terms.
The Neighborhood Association employs a professional management company to handle work orders and payment for authorized expenditures, along with billing and receivables for homeowners association dues and special assessments.
Annual Budgets for the Neighborhood and sub-associations are presented and discussed during the annual meetings held each fall, as set out in the governing documents. Olde Ivy Annual Financial Reports are made available to all owners.
Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Olde Ivy at Vinings Neighborhood and Bylaws of Olde Ivy at Vinings Neighborhood Association, Inc. are the documents that establish the Neighborhood Association and can be viewed in our DOCUMENTS section.
